OPEN CALL 2020 (JULY 15TH - OCTOBER 15TH)

EXCHANGE BY SELECTED CALL

Through this modality of exchange, students who belong to the upper third based on the accumulated years of study (Consult with their academic secretary) can choose 3 universities in order of priority to do a semestral exchange or rotations of 1 to 3 months during the year 2020.

 The costs of academic rights will be in accordance with the agreement in force between both institutions. So, the expenses of air tickets, health insurance, accommodation and per diem are the responsibility of the student (In case the student will apply for the Financial Aid , the student must belong to the upper fourth based on the accumulated years of  study and complete all the requirements of  DURIIN.

REMEMBER the financial Aid covers "to" the 100% of the air tickets, feeding and housing. 

*The student will return to UPCH free of charge for credit recognition during reinstatement.

APPLICATION PROCESS

First: The student must consult with his Director of program to choose the Host University and courses that he wishes to study abroad. All these academic activities must be validated based on his curriculum. If the student is not going to obtain credits, the activities to be carried out under the responsibility of his Director and must be defined in the presentation letter.

Second:  Requirements 

  • Application Form - DURIIN.
  • Learning Agreement for: Semestral // Rotations or Internship (Select the one of your interest).    
  • Presentation Letter of the Dean validating your upper third and your order of merit based on the accumulated years of study, courses and credits to be validated abroad. 
  • Motivation Letter
  • Record of academic qualifications (It can be from the EVD).
  • Letter of not owing pensions (DGA).
  • Commitment to purchase International Health Insurance (signed by the student) 
  • Certify the English language (TOEFL, DELF / DALF) 
  • Passport size photograph and white background, with an age no longer than 6 months
  • Copy of DNI
  • Copy of passport.

Note:

  • Students applying for the selected call, must physically and virtually send their FULL RECORDS (with stamp and signature as requested) within the term of the call (July 15 to October 15 ) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .   
  • The application for exchange program with specific vacancies, is exclusive for students belong to the upper third.                                
  • File will NOT be accepted out of date.

* Students who are accepted in the academic exchange must be previously enrolled in OAMRA by their academic secretary, taking as reference the academic agreement where they indicate the credits to be validated.

Students have the possibility of contacting institutions directly without or with bilateral agreement through our teachers or ex-alumni’s. In this case, students should review the specific requirements of the institution of interest, dates of application and requirements. IMPORTANT: If the student has already been accepted by the Host University and doesn´t need any presentation letter by DURIN, only should copy all emails that you have with this institution to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and inform the dates of your stay abroad, attaching your Application Form, acceptance letter from the Host University, and your International Health Insurance).

Research Experience for Peruvian Undergraduates (REPU)
The Peruvian Research Experience Program (REPU) establishes intensive 12-week research internships for Peruvian undergraduate students in biomedical sciences, chemistry, physics and nanoengineering. It is organized by postdoctoral fellows and postgraduate students at different universities who are interested in the advancement of science in Peru and Latin America.
